On August 12, I'll do a presentation about Bobbie Rosenfeld: The Olympian Who Could Do Everything to a seniors' group at Thorne Mill on Steeles, Thornhill, Ontario. Bobbie's sister, Ethel Berman, will be in the audience.

Future Publications

Second Story Press will be publishing my historical fiction novel, "The Orphan Rescue", in September 2010. This book is set in 1937 Poland. I tell the story of a Jewish boy who is sent to an orphanage and how his sister tries to rescue him.

Work in Progress

I'm revising another historical fiction book that takes place in Germany and the Netherlands, 1703-4. I call it The Baby Experiment. If a child is prevented from hearing all language during his formative years, what language will he end up speaking? Stay tuned for more news about this book.

I've also started working on a science fiction book that takes place in the near future. More information to come.

But wait. There are more: An interview with award-winning author Kathy Kacer, the  launch of David Sax's new book, Save the Deli, the Canadian Jewish Book Awards, and an interview with author, Rona Arato.
